A. All blood, cups and blades are disposed correctly as Clinical Waste and collected by a Waste Management company.

Q. How long does it take?

A. Each session can last between 30 minutes to maximum 1 hour. This depends on how many cups used.

A. Yes, I am IPHM and MCA Accredited. I am fully insured. All certification is available upon request.

Q. How long do the marks / bruising last?

A. The marks last anywhere from a few hours to several days. Some bruise more than others, bruising depends on the amount of stagnant blood in the body. The more often you receive cupping for the same issue, the lighter the marks will be.

Q. How many sessions do I need?

A. Every one is different. Healthy individuals with no pain and a balanced diet are recommended to have a session every 3 months.

If you are targeting pain or a condition, cupping is recommended every 4 weeks till symptoms subside.

Q. Are there any side effects?

A. Common side effects might be slight dizziness, feeling light headed and possibly fainting. Although this is uncommon, it may happen and does not mean that anything is wrong with you.

These side effects are similar to the ones you may feel after having a blood test on an empty stomach and are not dangerous.
